We'll start with a unforgettable walk in the vineyard, telling the family history of our winery and estate. We'll see the old traditional drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Amarone is known around the world, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar for vinification and refinement. I explain you how we make our Great Red Wines. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our three fine wines, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the wine with bread and our organic oil, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. You could enjoy our "Panorama Therapy" on our marvellous terrace on the best view of Valpolicella Classica. Other things to note Bring your camera and comfortable shoes. I’ll be leading you step by step from the very beginning so that you'll be able to discover and taste all the ingredients needed. You will master the skills to make the traditional pasta Carbonara everywhere, at anytime. We’ll make the Spaghetti from scratch! At the end of our cooking experience we'll enjoy our Carbonara together with a good glass of local Italian wine or some prosecco.

Just like in the best Italian family, in this cooking class, we'll make and eat pasta together, sharing time, and laughs. We'll prepare pasta dough from scratch and I'll teach you all the classic cuts: from tagliolini to pappardelle, passing through tagliatelle, farfalle, maltagliati but also you will see how to prepare decorated pasta and colored pasta. You will also learn to prepare fresh ravioli. At the end of the cooking class, we are going to eat what we've prepared before. Three-course dinner accompanied by a special wine produced in this region. After a visit to the archive - we have more than 200,000 archived letters here and we receive new ones every day! - you’ll be ready to become a Juliet Secretary. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

Proponiamo un'esperienza di scuola vela di mezza giornata, costeggiando le suggestive coste settentrionali del Lago di Garda. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda; discenderemo poi lungo le coste occidentali fino alle Cascate del Ponale, dove potrete godere di un bagno rinfrescante. Proseguiremo in direzione sud verso Limone, una cittadina immersa tra le caratteristiche limonaie gialle. Dopo una breve sosta ripartiremo verso le coste veronesi dove svetta il Castello di Malcesine; prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole. La flotta a disposizione comprende 5 barche a vela (da 8 m. fino a 11 m.) dotate di ogni comfort e di bagno privato a bordo. In caso di maltempo l'esperienza può essere posticipata in accordo con gli ospiti. Altre cose da tenere a mente: porta con te costume da bagno, crema solare, cappellino e telo mare; in bassa stagione è consigliabile portare guanti, cappellino e giacchettino antipioggia.

Possibility of a walk among vineyards, olive trees, spontaneous woods, up to the LE BALZE vineyard, (where Amarone RISERVA Le Balze is born). It follows the visit to Corte Vaona in Novaia, with its historic wine cellar, used for wine ageing. WHO & WHERE? We will meet at Spiaggia Lido di Cisano, where we'll get the SUP boards from Luca, a funny guy running Akinom Sup. WHAT? 10' - On the green garden and enjoining a wonderful view of the lake: we'll get familiar with the board, trying few exercises and positions, but especially learning how to control our balance and weight. 50' - Ready to jump? A dip in the lake first, to refresh ourselves, and then a short paddle until reaching the buoy, where we'll fix the boards and start our SUP PILATES. We'll do few standing exercises, mostly lying and quadruped exercises. DRINK Once finished, Luca we'll reach us with some fresh drinks that we'll enjoy still sitting on the board and admiring a wonderful sunset on the lake! Feet in the water, training done, positive feeling in your mind and in your body, wonderful view, sunset time and a fresh drink in your hands. What more? WHY? It is a great activity to improve your balance, your proprioception and your coordination. Plus your muscles will be constantly stimulates from the small waves of the lake when holding position. Trento has a culinary tradition that originates from a survival cuisine, the typical Trentino cuisine is of poor origin but at the same time substantial. It jealously preserves the authenticity of its Alpine origins, but knows how to make the most of the many influences coming from the tradition of the neighboring territories, such as the Austrian and Venetian ones. Together with my enterprising grandmother we will cook some of the typical Trentino dishes: stew, polenta and mushrooms, risotto with radicchio and speck, potato gnocchi with tomato sauce or nettles, strudel, barley soup, or the famous knödel ( Bread Gnocchi). With this lesson we want you to spend a fun and relaxed day learning something about the Trentino culinary tradition.

We'll be in the water on a paddleboard, sorrounded by mountains and green fields. You can join the Morning or the Sunset session, the colour of the water and the sky are absolutely magic on Lake Garda! We'll start our Yoga Class on the grass for a short warm up. Then we'll reach the buoy, everyone with his own paddleboard. Don't worry if you haven't done it yet, you can paddle on your knees or even sitting! Everyone can join :-) There we'll continue our Yoga Class! The waves of the lake will further stimulate your balance and will be an extra challenge during the training, but they will lull you and take you to heaven at the end of the class. If you join the morning session we'll end our session with a small breakfast at the local bar, if you join the evening session, we'll cheer all together on the paddleboard with a nice glass of prosecco in our hands, surrounded by the sunset colours playing on the water. At the end of the class you'll be full of new energy and very gratefull, maybe for the day, or maybe because the class just ended ;-)

We will give you the opportunity to share a unique experience of its kind, offering you a breathtaking perspective of the Adige valley and the surrounding vineyards We will take you on a walk for about an hour (nothing difficult) in the Monteghello area, where my farm is also located. During the journey, I will tell you about the history of the place and its characteristics as an area protected by Unesco. During the journey we will make 3 breaks, in the vineyards or close to breathtaking views, where I will let you taste typical local products such as cheeses and cured meats, obviously accompanied by equally local wines. Vi daremo la possibilità di condividere un'esperienza unica nel suo genere, offrendovi una prospettiva mozzafiato della valle dell'Adige e dei vigneti che la circondano Vi faremo passeggiare per circa un ora (niente di difficile) nella zona del Monteghello, dove si trova anche il mio maso. Durante il tragitto, vi racconterò la storia del luogo e le caratteristiche in quanto zona protetta dall'Unesco. Durante il tragitto faremo 3 pause, nei vigneti o a ridosso di panorami mozzafiato, dove vi farò assaggiare prodotti tipici locali quali formaggi e salumi, ovviamente accompagnati da vini altrettanto locali. Attraverso il percorso di degustazione, la nostra intenzione è di farvi immergere nella storia della nostra famiglia e della Valpolicella classica. Il tour inizia con il mostrarvi i vigneti che circondano Corte Odorico, di nostra proprietà da tre generazioni, da cui ricaviamo i nostri vini. Il tour prosegue con la visita all’essicatoio e alla cantina, per raccontarvi della tecnica di appassimento e dell’affinamento in botte, tecniche che rendono i vini della Valpolicella unici. Infine, ci sposteremo nella sala di degustazione, ottenuta da un connubio di materiali naturali quali tufo, legno e ferro. Qui il nostro scopo e di fermare il tempo per qualche ora, e di condividere con voi la storia ed il sapore dei nostri vini, Valpolicella, Ripasso, e Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. Ai vini verrà affiancato un tagliere di prodotti locali, come formaggi e salumi, ognuno dei quali accuratamente selezionato in abbinamento con i nostri vini.
