A truely unique dining experience with delicious food prepared from local produce accompanied with locally produced floral wine.

We invite you for a social afternoon/evening in our home. During summer - and if the weather allows it, we will setup a feast in our backyard.

In this experience you can expect to learn about local dining customs and get familiar with seasonal produce and modern organic farming.

As we are located right by the sea we have a strong focus on seafood as we have access to an abundance of fresh seafood from local fishermen.

Our dear friend Mr. Birk - chef and local wine producer - pairs his wine with our dishes and will on occasion drop by and personally introduce his wine and tell us all about his unique flower wines.

As this is a social dining experience, we - your hosts will dine with you and as we share a great meal, we will talk and share stories from real life.

After this activity, we hope to have enriched your life by inviting you into our home and sharing with you truely amazing food made with the best and most amazing organic fresh ingredients the local area has to offer.

For years I have been a passionate foodie with big love for the sea. Growing up on a small local island I have hands on experience and a unique understanding of local marine life, local customs and traditions.

For a period of my life I started a ran a seafood restaurant back home on the island and the restaurant is still running today with different owners.

In the mean time I have continued spending a great deal of time working in the restaurant business and developing my skills and understanding of organic food production. I am furthermore a specialized mixologist and have trained under the best teachers of the famous Copenhagen cocktail industry.

My big passions is in seafood, bread making, fermented drinks, and cocktails.

We will mainly offer this experience in the privacy of our own home; a traditional normal danish home. Our home
Is our home and we haven’t done anything special to make our home extra special for this experience. But we welcome you into our home - as it is, a perfect reflection of who we are - warm cosy and friendly :-) If the weather is nice we will set up a table in our cosy back yard and light a fire if everyone is up for that.
