Qué harás

This experience will include a plant-based gourmet dinner party/tasting. Guests will be served a 2 course meal over the span of 2 hours. This will include an appetizer and an entrée. Guests will be given an opportunity to see how fine dining meals are prepared first hand. They will also be given the opportunity to speak and ask questions with a self-taught chef . Guests will be given an opportunity to socialize with other fellow vegans and cooking enthusiasts. All foodies are welcome. There will be no discrimination between lovers of meat or vegetarians. We hope this experience leaves guests with the impression that plant-based foods can still be prepared in all international cuisines and that plant-based foods can be considered fine dining.

I was reared in a multi-cultural home. My father had an innate love for cooking . He had an extensive culinary background serving the public as a chef for many years. He inherently passed the love of cooking to me. I was raised eating international cuisines such as, falafel, koshari and tikka masala. I have been cooking since the tender age of 9 years old mirroring my father in the kitchen. I in some ways consider myself a self-taught chef. As an adult I have had the opportunity to cater in my hometown of Indianapolis and host several dinner parties for friends and family. I have had countless requests to submit my recipes to local cookbooks which I have declined in hopes to create my own. I enjoy cooking all types of food for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.
