Let's Balance That 'Big Brain Energy'!

Experience the awesome power of your Mind, Body and Breath with a session designed to balance your brain hemispheres and activate your parasympathetic system; engaging your body’s relaxation response. Yes, your body does have a relaxation response and yes, you have access to it!

After a quick overview of the benefits of Mindfulness, we will start off our experience with:

Breath Work - We will work through fun and relaxing breathing techniques, creating a tool box for you to have access to, depending on what you need at any moment. Distracted? Anxious? Stressed? There’s a breath for that!

Brain Work - Next we’ll use movement with our bodies to bridge the right and left hemispheres of the brain; allowing electrical impulses and information to pass freely between the two; which benefits us both mentally and physically. We’ll also discover easy ways to engage the Vagus Nerve and activate Proprioceptors to immediately calm the body’s nervous system.

Body Work - Finally the ‘dessert’ of the experience where you lie back and enjoy the warm and healing vibration of tuning forks; which reduces tension, produces nitric oxide for better blood flow and promotes emotional harmony through brain waves; allowing you to feel calm, grounded, more focused and lighter in your step!

I wasn't 100% sure what to expect, so I went into this with zero expectations, but eager to be part of this experience! Stacey was authentic, personable and intuitive. It was such a healing and restorative experience that went beyond any expectations I could have had. I've already told two friends about it and said it's a must do experience! Give yourself permission to invest in yourself and make doing this class a priority. I will likely do it again in the near future!

The experience was fantastic. I have some background doing meditations and yoga, but the chakras exercise was really unique, and it was the first time I really understood their meaning and impact in our body and mood, which was super strong! Thank you so much Stacey!
