Immediately you’ll be an honored guest, walking into a space full of plants, birds singing and refreshments. Guided first to ground yourself and make yourself at home, a breathing meditation will bring everyone together. Journals will be provided to jot down your intentions, questions, notes before a gentle vinyasa flow begins. This class will open up body in a compassionate, thoughtful way and in turn, will do the same for the mind. The class will be 100% catered to the needs of those present. Being an expert in hypersensitivity and yoga modifications alike, we will prioritize accessibility of each move and moment. Modifications are variations of yoga moves to make it work for any limitation a person may experience. Yoga IS for everyone. During a beautiful, restful Savasana, a meditative rest after class, hands on adjustments are offered. Adjustments are assists opening up the body or aligning the skeleton (completely optional). Liz will guide you to a blissful state before leading you back to the present moment. Let's take a 10 min walk with Liz as your personal guide to a hot spot, Habitat Cafe, for local actors, film gurus and youtubers before you go. On the way we can stop for photos at the iconic Glasselland Park replica of the Hollywood sign- a local landmark perfect for yoga selfies! Ask questions about LA or yoga as we sip on our tea (the chai latte is superb).
Happy Rising Friends! I would say I’m an intuitive, playful yoga teacher with a free spirited heart. Growing up in Los Angeles with all my roots Southern, I cater to those from all walks of life. After completing my 200 hour teacher training at Namaste Highland Park & receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences from Middle Tennessee State University, I teach positivity and self-acceptance through yoga. Through the practice of staying light in the face of anxiety, depression or any adversity we face, we can reach a higher level of life quality. If you’re looking for a safe space to unwind and maybe crack a smile or two, this is the experience for you. Expect a great cooling yoga flow and self-love exercises that will have you leaving feeling renewed in mind, body and spirit and perhaps with a few more friends in town.

A few minutes from Downtown, let me escort you through a private gate to a chill out oasis. A outdoor space full of plants, towering trees & welcoming decor that space can host up to 12 people. A fruit garden is open for exploring time permitted. If weather is an issue, be invited to a cozy, showroom style studio apartment to make yourself at home. A short walk leads us to Glasselland Park for photos and a few more steps leads to Habitat Cafe.
