Check out Turrell Skyspace: Joseph's Coat at sunset for meditation, yoga or just slowing your heartbeat for a while. There is a separate $10 admission fee or it's included with paid admission to the museum. Most of the museum, excluding the rotating exhibits, is free on Monday. The Muse Restaurant is worth scheduling into your visit there.
