Food Scene

This is our favourite local Pub and Restaurant in Cromer. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The Red Lion is great if you fancy a drink or a nice meal. You can have a bar meal or enjoy a nice meal in their dining room. My favourite spot is sitting on the sofa looking at the fire roaring away or at one of the tables that look out over the sea. Perfect spot and in the heart of lovely Cromer.

Getting Around

This is the main bus station in Cromer. You can travel around North Norfolk from here. If you wish to go to Wells next the Sea, you can catch the Coast Hopper bus from here. If you wish to travel to Norwich or North Walsham, both these buses pass our house and as there is a bus stop at the bottom of our close it is very handy to jump on the bus from our house.

There is a Train station in Cromer which runs from Norwich to Sheringham. This is called the Bittern Line. Cromer Train Station is on the Holt Road in Cromer and there is also another station stop closer to the house which is called Roughton Road. ( The train will always stop at Cromer Station, but it does not stop everytime at the Roughton Road stop) My advice would be to go to Cromer Station where you could get a Taxi up to the house.
