Pick whatever kind of slice you want. Pizza Rock has you covered – serving up styles that include Chicago, New York, and Sicilian, with specialty ovens for each one. Go highbrow with the weird stuff (“Quail Egg White Rose Potato Guanciale” anyone?) or just pick up a late-night slice at the take-out window after a long night of partying.

Unlike most coffee joints, there's no giant price list hanging on the wall. Instead, you'll be greeted and guided by the staff with suggestions and printed paper menus. There's also no condiment station. That's because the baristas craft your drink with precision, like a bartender would with a quality cocktail. This place even has its own version of an Old Fashioned: served in a rocks glass with espresso shots, aromatic bitters, cherries, simple syrup, and an orange peel over an ice sphere. Another favorite is the macadamia latte with real ground nuts instead of a flavored syrup. Ask for it with house-made almond milk.

ArtificeThe Arts DistrictTime to take things down a notch. The Arts District is home to neighborhood bars like Artifice and the Velveteen Rabbit... as well as independent shops, galleries, and even a little peace and quiet. Though that all changes once a month when the live music- and (hopefully) art school chick-heavy block party known as First Friday comes around.

It's so JAZZY here! One of the best adult hangouts, seriously. The Gold Spike is an old-school casino that got bought by Zappos, which gutted it, took the slot machines out, and turned it into a glorified rec room for employees, and anyone else who wants to play Connect Four on the wall, shoot some pool, test your skills with a giant-sized Jenga set, or just hang by the fire-pits in the backyard.

The best rooftop bar / outdoor nightclub pool in the city. Can a dayclub qualify as a rooftop bar? Of course it can! Marquee is one of the best places for wet bodies to electronic dance music by the pool, whether it's during the hot summer months or in the wintertime inside the seasonal domed enclosure.

The concept is simple: take old shipping containers, pile 'em up in one spot, and make stores out of ‘em (no national chains allowed). If you have trouble finding it… look for the giant, metal praying mantis out front. Sorry, look for the giant fire-breathing praying mantis out front.

Internationally renowned Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone’s Seven Magic Mountains is a large-scale site-specific public art installation located near Jean Dry Lake and Interstate 15, approximately ten miles south of Las Vegas, Nevada. Comprised of seven towers of colorful, stacked boulders standing more than thirty feet high, Seven Magic Mountains is situated within the Ivanpah Valley adjacent to Sheep Mountain and the McCullough, Bird Spring, and Goodsprings ranges of mountains. A creative expression of human presence in the desert, Seven Magic Mountains punctuates the Mojave with a poetic burst of form and color. The exhibition opened May 11, 2016 and will be on view for two years.

A common misconception of Las Vegas is that the city has little art and culture of its own. The Downtown Arts District has sought to change that notion while providing an exciting home for galleries, retail, antique shops, vintage clothing, restaurants and nightlife. The area is officially known as 18b The Las Vegas Arts District, as it originally spanned 18 blocks throughout downtown Las Vegas. While dozens of art studios are open throughout the week, the district really comes alive on First Friday, a monthly street festival featuring artists, musicians and food vendors. During the rest of the month, 18b is popular in the evening as artists, bar hoppers and even tourists roam the area for trendy eateries, local theater and music.

There is nothing like seeing them in person. The Fountains of Bellagio were destined to romance your senses. Take in a spectacular show of thoughtfully interwoven water, music and light designed to mesmerize its admirers. It is the most ambitious, choreographically complex water feature ever conceived and it’s absolutely free for any visitor to enjoy. Step back, or find a comfortable perch to sit, and watch the dynamic performance set against the backdrop of the Las Vegas lavender sky. Each performance is unique in expression and interpretation so no matter how many times you have seen the Fountains, they always have more in store to wow you with. Fall in love with this unprecedented aquatic accomplishment as you enjoy an enchanting concert of opera, classical, Broadway and pop tunes.

The four stories of climate-controlled driving ranges at Topgolf come with food and drink service. But don't worry: there are several bars scattered throughout the venue to make sure the booze comes as quickly as the golf balls from the automated machines. Topgolf is right next to the MGM Grand and each seat comes with a wide open view of the Strip. It's worth a visit to hang out, sit back, and enjoy your drink -- even if you never pick up a club. Oh, and did we mention there's also a pool with a swim-up bar?

Located at the corner of Fremont and 11th in Downtown Las Vegas, 11th Street Records is a hub for music fans, vinyl collectors, musicians and their audiences. We love records. Everything about them. We buy them, sell them, trade them, and, in our in-store studio, record them. We believe record stores are important because of what they’ve meant to any music scene that ever meant anything to us.
