Picturesque town on the top of a hill with castle and its walls that you can climb, sometimes you might be lucky and catch a medieval festival, that looks super real. Home to delicious restaurants and the motherland of Ginja, a sweet liquor made of cherry, that the town is famous for!

UNESCO Heritage Medieval Walled Town and Portuguese National Monument. Just a 20 minute drive south. Enjoy the annual Medieval Festival in weekends from mid-July to the first weekend of August.

Great Castle walled town of Obidos. Great for the whole family. Walk on the castle walls. A Great aftenoon or morning outing!
