It is a central point of crossroads. You can take the metro 1 line towards the Heroes Square/City park/ Szechenyi Bath. Opposite way to Opera, Deak Square (Deak Ter) or to the end: Vorosmarty Square (Vorosmarty Ter) where the Danube (full with restaurants and hotels) just one minute away. Each ticket is about 1.1 Euro.

Oktogon square is a 5-minutes walk away, with fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Burger King), cafés, italian and japanese restaurants. Next door to Oktogon is Liszt Ferenc sqaure, with luxury places to eat and drink.
