Everything you need is there. But a more unique one is downtown in the Gas Lamp Quarter- Horton Plaza. Upscale is Fashion Valley off the 163 and 8 freeways.

Recently updated shopping mall with a nice movie theater, plenty of restaurants including Dave and Busters, Islands Burgers and the Cheesecake Factory. Also houses a large 24 hour fitness.
