This funky movie theater in uptown Oakland has a full restaurant with pizza and sandwiches, entrees, and drinks—including beer and wine. There are two screens, and instead of regular stadium seating they have lots of different couches and fun armchairs to kick back in. They screen new and old kid-friendly movies regularly. They also have special showings like Baby Brigade, when new parents are welcome to bring an infant, and no one's going to care if your baby is crying during the movie.

Awesome local movie theater with great food. If you are familiar with the Alamo Drafthouse model of drinks and real food, this place was a community favorite before then> This area has been developed quite rapidly over the past decade. Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

you can have a bowl of tofu curry, a kick-ass veggie burger, or tater tot fries and a selection of craft beers, and real-butter popcorn to go with your movie! Drink & Draw Wednesdays, and Pay what you can Tuesdays are highlights too!

Our local small movie theater. It has comfy couches and food! You can eat there as well. Walking distance. Check their movies online cause the schedule changes daily. Saturday morning they have breakfast and cereal and cartoons for kids.
