The public library. Go to the 8th floor for a beautiful view over the city. There's also a café there.

Take the elevator all the way up and enjoy a great view of Amsterdam. You can have a bite or a drink as well

Go to the top floor for a great view. Sometimes with bad weather the deck may be closed though. There is also a self service restaurant for drinks and food.
