The property features five different design styles with contemporary decoration and bright spaces. Please be aware that the elevator starts only from the first floor (and not the ground floor). Besides, we don' t have AC in the apartments (only fans are provided).

My place was completely remodel in march 2021. My appartement is 25m2. it s composed with a living/ kitchen fully equiped (9m2). Than the stairs will lead you downstairs in the bedroom part (16m2). My sofa bed is also brain New with a great mattress of 160cm X 200cm, very easy to open. Than next to the bed, shower room + sink. Than WC room, please be carrefull with my wc, do knot put too much toilet paper, no plastic, nothing else than the toilet paper at your disposal should be drop.
