Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

(currently undergoing city construction) Nearest waterfall is 100 steps from the property. A perfect place to rest, unwind & explore nature. Shopping & restaurants from 5 mins away by car. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry & outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

Welcome to the Loft Suite! Enter a neighborhood of heritage homes on a quiet back lane. The suite is accessed from the lane behind the house with a large covered patio. The suite is well situated with easy downtown access. Utilize the free private parking in the back lane.

Welcome to our thoughtfully outfitted and inviting 2-bedroom suite, a true gem nestled in a quiet corner of East Abbotsford. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an ambiance of warmth and pleasing aesthetics, designed to make your stay unforgettable. This well-appointed, family-friendly suite promises to be your home away from home, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. Pricing is based on two guests with a small fee per night for each additional guest.

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent

Located just 10 minutes away from Abbotsford International Airport by vehicle, this 1 bedroom underground basement suite (naturally on the cooler side) features new appliances and your own parking spot monitored by cameras. There are stairs going down to the basement, so please be sure you are good with stairs before booking. Kitchen essentials are included, and beds include 1 double and 1 single bed side-by-side. NO CHILDREN, NO SMOKING & NO PETS. TWO OCCUPANTS MAX ONLY PLEASE.
