This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size combination washer & dryer. We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Gramm's Guest Suite

Soak up the Midwest charm of this fully remodeled, private guest suite. Situated in the heart of Fargo in a beautiful walking neighborhood, close to several grocery stores, Starbucks and just blocks from downtown Fargo. Enjoy your own private entrance and privacy fenced courtyard area compete with bistro table and seating. Street parking is plentiful. Whether you're in town for a night or an extended trip you'll feel right at home in Gramm's guest suite.

Craving a blend of relaxation and fun? Discover rustic charm just 5 minutes from Fergus Falls and the interstate! Set on a nature preserve lake, our retreat boasts incredible sunsets and abundant wildlife. Stroll along scenic trails, unwind on the patio swing, or enjoy a round of frisbee golf. As evening falls, gather around a campfire for stargazing or step inside to our cozy movie theater for popcorn and a film. Your countryside escape is calling!"

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Riverfront Retreat

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
