Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic & comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

Whether visiting the picturesque harbour to experience the sunsets over Cardigan bay, Aberystwyth Castle or to enjoy some of the country’s best restaurants, bars and independent shops, all are within walking distance from this town centre property. The beach and historical promenade are just two streets away, along with a wealth of amenities right on the doorstep.

St Mark's School

Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Traditional Coastal Farmhouse Nr Aberaeron

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in the 1890's and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. N.B To allow us to offer a reduced booking cost for a smaller number of guests bedrooms not requested and booked for are secured. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of your group and not shared with other guests. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the open countryside. A patio area to the side leads onto a sloping lawn.

Hen Efail - Old Smithy

Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Its village location means it is only a short walk to independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Hen Efail has spacious rooms, yet maintains a cozy country feel with exposed beams/stonework and wood burning stove. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and pets.

My three bedroomed house is a typical terraced house, but step up through the front door, it opens up into a modern spacious accommodation, over three flours. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the heart of Aberystwyth, the quiet neighbourhood becomes a peaceful haven when the daily hustle and bustle settles down. Enjoy superb views of the townscape and distant sea view. Only a short walk to all amenities. Shops, train station, busses 7min and promenade and beach 9min.

It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique cinema. You can enjoy the beach and coastal path on your doorstep or take a drive inland to nearby Aberystwyth.

Our place is located on the cliff in Borth, with spectacular views of Cardigan bay. It is a 3 storey Victorian house, of which the top floor will be all yours; maximum 4 guests. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings.
