Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. Recently remodeled Downtown Suite is a classic turn of the century American Four Square. Located in the West Central neighborhood within easy walking distance of the convention center, library and entertainment outlets. The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Wit's End

If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone. Newly remodeled and ready for guests, you can borrow a book from the reading library, play games at the farm table and enjoy coffee on the swivel chairs in the kitchen. The home sets on 4.5 acres only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, 10 minutes to Lutheran Hospital, and 10 minutes from the town of Roanoke shopping and dining!

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Cozy Brick House is located just off Interstate 69 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This two bedroom, one bath will provide you with a multitude of amenities. Only a couple miles down the road, you will find yourself in historic downtown, surrounded by great restaurants and activities. Hikers and bikers will be happy to find trails such as Eagle Marsh very close by. After an exciting day of exploring, enjoy the serenity of the outdoor space and screened in porch.

This spacious property is ideal for family gatherings and group events. It features six bedrooms, five of them have queen beds and one is a king, three and a half bathrooms, and a large basement equipped with a ping pong table and dart board for entertainment. We recently added a sofa sleeper in the basement for more sleeping options. sleeps 14. Two living large living rooms with plenty of seating.
