Εξαιρετικο σπιτι, ειχε τα παντα, μεχρι και τραπεζι πινγκ πονγκ πληρως εξοπλισμενο Υπεροχη πισινα Εξαιρετικα ησυχη γειτονια με πολυ ωραιο περιβαλλοντα χωρο και πολυ κοντα σε παραλιες μινι μαρκετ και ταβέρνες Παραλληλα ειναι ιδανικο σημειο για να γνωρισει καποιος ολες τις ομορφιες του ρεθυμνου προς ολες τις κατευθυνσεις Πραγματικα θα ηθελα καθε χρονο να κανω διακοπες σε αντίστοιχα σπιτια και τοσο ομορφες περιοχες

La casa è esattamente come si vede dalle foto…posto incantevole!.La tranquillità la fa da padrona .La piscina è sicuramente un elemento in più nonostante il mare pazzesco dell’isola.Personalmente la usavamo mattina e sera e di notte si ha una vista del manto stellare!! Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Meeres mit Blick nach Westen und garantiert atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Strände Berge, Wanderungen alles ist in der Nähe gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine kleine Wirtschaft im Ort, bei der wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Da wir zum absoluten Saisonende unterwegs waren, war allerdings auch schon vieles an Alternativen geschlossen. Das Haus ist recht neu und ganz modern und offen gestaltet. Uns hat es alles in allem extrem gut gefallen und können es absolut weiter empfehlen. Nur die Versorgung mit Supermärkten es sehr dünn. Allerdings gibt es an der Straße nach Elafonisi einen kleinen Markt, in dem man sich gut versorgen kann.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

Schöne Villa am südlichen Berg von Faliraki. Wir wurden direkt beim Check In von einer netten Mitarbeiterin von Rhodes Holiday Villas durch das Anwesen geführt und es wurden alle Fragen geklärt. Vom Haus kann man die ganze Küste von Faliraki und noch weiter sehen, man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Allerdings sollte man gewarnt sein, dass die Villa sehr hoch gelegen ist und somit ein Auto sehr von Vorteil ist. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell auch zu Fuß in der Mitte Falirakis. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso top, man besitzt genügend Geschirr/Gläser und einige weitere nützliche Dinge wie einen modernen Kühlschrank oder auch einen BBQ-Grill. Im Außenbereich wurde auch der Pool und Whirlpool regelmäßig gewartet. Alles in einem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

The villa has the most stunning views and Rea was a lovely host who responded to our questions promptly. Rea even organised for some groceries to be available on arrival which was a big help as we were travelling with a baby. The pool is a comfortable temperature and you can still see the view from its location at the back of the villa where it’s protected from the winds. Thank you for a lovely stay, we shall be recommending you!

The perfect villas for a big group, we loved both and had the most relaxing time around them. Location is close to all the local beaches and only a 10 minute taxi to Chania. Evi the host was excellent throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

Wir waren acht Frauen, die eine Woche in der Villa Rodea verbracht haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, der Ausblick ist wundervoll und wir hatten eine unkomplizierte Betreuung durch das Komos-Team. Wir kommen wieder.

We werden aangenaam verrast door het huis. Mooie ruimtes zowel buiten als binnen. Echt een aanrader. Ook voor onze peuter was alles voorzien. Het zwembad was aan de frisse kant maar de weken voordien was het niet erg warm geweest. Kleine tip aan de verhuurder: extra keukenmateriaal mag wel (meer handdoeken, lookpers, onderleggers voor de tafel, kaarsenpotjes, ...) Het was een fijne vakantie en we werden verwend door een lokaal cateringbedrijfje dat ons door Audrey werd aangeraden.

Unser Aufenthalt war SUPER! Das Haus und der Garten waren riesig, sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber Giorgos war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen.

OMG, what a wonderful combination of: kind generous welcoming staff beautiful new house amazingly done great amenities! we absolutely loved every minute of our stay and will definitely come back again soon!!! I can't state enough how welcoming responsive and helpful everyone was. from the initial communication via Airbnb, to the wonderful person that took care of us on our stay, up to the helpful owner, that managed to tend to things will giving us space to enjoy our vacation! wonderful people and place!!!

There are no words to describe the beauty of the Villa, even more beautiful than pictures, we had an amazing stay, we have been pampered by the host and the welcome was above any expectations, we really felt at home anytime and not just upon our arrival but during our stay with constant support and care of details. We will come back and highly recommend a stay there. Moreover the Villa is located in a quite area but close to main beaches and also facilities. 100/100 truly, one of the best stay ever I would say!

Wonderful home. Great experience. Place is a 1 minute walk to the beach. House has 1 bedroom upstairs with an amazing view, 2 bedrooms downstairs below the main floor, and the 4th bedroom is outside the home with an entrance to it by the patio. Comes with two parking spots

Good bits. The villa was outstanding, as described & the photo's don't lie! Pool is amazing as are the views. The villa & grounds spotlessly clean & spacious. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Nikos provided a lovely welcome pack, inc Oat milk as requested. He also gave us some good recommendations for ordering in (efoods app was great & better than trying to use the oven & utensils). The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but Nikos's father was there to sort it out within the hour! Can't fault the service or friendliness. We were a family party of 10 with an age range of 17 to 61. Not so good bits. Not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms & no window covering on the upstairs master bathroom. The cats! They drive you mad, they meow constantly & try to get indoors, you can't leave the doors open (problem when half the party love them & feed them!!! but the other half don't like cats). Taxi's expensive. Overall, would thoroughly recommend & return.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in diesem wirklich tollen Haus verbracht. Der kleine Ort ist sehr süß, kleine Tavernen fussläufig und die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Erlebnisse. Für uns als 6-Köpfige Familie war Platz im Überfluss vorhanden und wir haben den beheizten Pool Ende Oktober sehr genossen. Die Kosten von 50 Euro pro Tag dafür sind schon happig - aber bei uns haben drei Heiztage schon gereicht, damit das Wasser 6 Tage warm war … Man muss aber dann konsequent den Pool abdecken, wann man nicht im Wasser ist, was aber schon aus ökologisch Gründen sinnvoll ist … absolut empfehlenswert!!

Villa Arietta is a dream house. Located in the beautiful hills just outside Kissamos, 10 mins by car from the sea. The house is marvelous and has all the comforts you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. We were two couples with one toddler and a baby and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Also, thoughtful little touches like a welcome hamper with local products, and numerous amazing toys for the kids to use in the garden. Arietta and her husband have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout, and communication has always been quick and proactive. We loved our stay and we really hope to come back again. Definitely recommended, one of the best places we’ve been to!

We spent a week in one of the houses. We were personally welcomed upon arrival and warmly greeted. The villa is stylishly furnished. We would especially like to highlight how quickly, friendly, and dedicated Mr. Dimitris from the Filoxenia team took care of our concerns and questions. Many thanks for that.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

Bir insanı huzurlu hissettirecek her detay düşünülmüş.Bütün odalarda banyo&wc olması çok avantajlı.6 kişi rahatlıkla kalınacak bir ev.Şansımız olur yer bulabilirsek Akyaka’ya her geldiğimizde şüphesiz burda kalmak isteyeceğiz. Irmak bey’e kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Bu güzel evi paylaşma fırsatı verdiği için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Super schöne Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Dorf. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die die Ausstattung war makellos. Garten und Pool ebenfalls spitze!

Eine sehr gute Variante, wenn man in der Nähe vom Meer sein möchte, aber gleichzeitig Privatsphere haben mag. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Im August ist in der Gegend voll uns tatsächlich viel los, aber die Ruhe, die die Unterkunft gewährleistet, war einmalig. Wir waren 8 Tage lang mit 3 Kinder und einem Hund und alles war besser als erwartet.

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!
