perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

We absolutely loved the villa at Kritinia. Such a stunning setting. Claudia, Roxanne and Ana made us feel completely at home and were helpful at all times. We were a party of 11 with 6 children and they lived in the pool and on the basket ball court. We still had a room spare. Plenty of space for all. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rhodes. Weather glorious at end of May. Close to a heavenly crystal clear cove (by car 10 mins) and walking distance from the romantic Kritinia castle.

Min kone og jeg og vores to børn på 6 og 8 år havde en super hyggelig efterårsferie i Villa Mytikas. Huset var skønt og poolen var super fin for børn og voksne. Dejligt udeareal, som føles privat selv om det ligger ud til (og lidt hævet over) en lille vej foran, fordi der meget sjældent gik nogle der. Veludstyret køkken. Meget roligt og charmerende nabolag med gåafstand til tavernaer, mindre supermarked og hyggelig bager og frugthandler. Det var lidt svært at finde i mørket ud fra de instruktioner der blev tilsendt os, men ellers super god information og kommunikation med værten.

This house, with its huge terraces and breathtaking views is stunningly beautiful — we were all in awe the entire time we were there. Phrases like “this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been” came from all of us. Alex could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything in the house worked beautifully. We had 10 or 12 people for meals, and the big tables and the kitchen worked like a dream. The beach is so close! It has the most beautiful clear blue water we’ve ever seen, and is excellent for swimming. We even visited Alex’s family’s cafe in Chora and had a very good, healthy meal there. He was full of great suggestions. We hated to leave!

Die Villa liegt direkt am sehr schönen Strand von Agia Anna. Das Haus ist geräumig und wie auf den Fotos sehr schön eingerichtet, besonders ist die großzügige Terrasse. Einziges Manko bei uns war, dass der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert hat. In fussläufiger Nähe befindet sich ein Minimarkt und zwei sehr gute Restaurants: L' aragosta mit ausgezeichneten Fischgerichten, Pizza und Pasta sowie das griechische Restaurant Petrino Aquarius. Antonia ist ein sehr bemühte Gastgeberin und sehr hilfsbereit, sie schickte uns sogar einmal die Putzfirma zur Reinigung der Villa nach 3 Tagen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Haus für einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Mykonos!

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. The Alchemy Villa was amazing. Super close to some great restaurants, bakery, shops and bus lines. Not crowded like some of the other towns on Santorini and far enough away from the Cruise ships that it kept it relaxed.. Didn't need a car as we could get to where we wanted with a quick ride on the bus. The town is very walkable and you'll feel right at home. The pool was refreshing, albeit a bit small—but great for a quick dip. Kitchen is well appointed and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The private balconies were a great luxury as well. Great trip and hope to come back again to Megalochori.

Gorgeous property and perfect for 5 couples. The hosts made my 50th Birthday so very special with a custom made cake and all of the decorations. Would recommend having the hosts provision the house with snacks and drinks ahead of time. Our hosts were able to accommodate every wish for us. Perfect stay!

Hosts were a great help. Responsive when needed. The property was described as a private villa, we expected it to be living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. It was all on the ground floor. This could be changed in the description. However, no one occupied the upstairs meaning it was private. Area is fantastic and a short walk to the beach which was great with young kids. We stayed at Filoxenia for a week in late October 2024. Our first morning we awoke to a lovely view across the hill and to the sea. The villa is situated high in the hills and is very quiet. The descriptions from previous guests and the host are 'bang on' and the villa certainly lives up to expectations and more. It is a 10 minute (max) drive from Kos town and all other destinations, monuments, sunset beaches and airport are a max 30 - 40 minutes. We are a family of 6 and this was perfect for parents and kids alike - lots of space, great garden and pool. Efprepios who manages the property was attentive, proactive and responsive on the one rare occasion needed to contact him. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home. Great experience. Place is a 1 minute walk to the beach. House has 1 bedroom upstairs with an amazing view, 2 bedrooms downstairs below the main floor, and the 4th bedroom is outside the home with an entrance to it by the patio. Comes with two parking spots

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

It was our second time staying at Katerina’s beautiful house so we knew what to expect. The location is perfect for us, the village with little shops and bakery is in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our time here again and are looking to come back. Our kids fell in love with the dog

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

Bir insanı huzurlu hissettirecek her detay düşünülmüş.Bütün odalarda banyo&wc olması çok avantajlı.6 kişi rahatlıkla kalınacak bir ev.Şansımız olur yer bulabilirsek Akyaka’ya her geldiğimizde şüphesiz burda kalmak isteyeceğiz. This is a top quality villa. We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Efrosini was extremely helpful with lots of fabulous local authentic restaurant suggestions. My youngest son needed some antibiotics whillst we were there and she helped us with the pharmacist. We enjoyed several nights eating in, using the BBQ and well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend hiring a car if you want to get out and about to beaches and the old town of Rhodes although you could rely on taxis. Thank you for such a great holiday - we loved Rhodes.
