From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft in ländlicher Atmosphäre Nähe Salzburg. Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
