a great apartment with a fabulous sun terrace. bathrooms. we're great. if bathroom door is left closed, it will have an odour but this is normal for this region. there is a door stopper to keep bathroom door open, I suggest you use it. restaurant downstairs is great, fab pizza. only 1 negative, the sofa is very very hard. had a great time and our host was lovely. would definitely stay again.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gülin war sehr schön! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man ist ganz schnell zu Fuß in der schönen Altstadt Antalyas, in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß auch an der Küste/am alten Hafen und der Bus bringt einen direkt zum Koyaalti Strand, wo man sehr schön baden kann:) Trotzdem ist man nicht mitten im touristischen Trubel der Altstadt, sondern etwas abseits und es gibt sehr nette Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse, Bäckereien direkt um die Ecke des Hauses. Die Kommunikation mit Gülin war immer total schnell und sehr freundlich und unkompliziert:) Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen:) Vielen lieben Dank, Gülin, für deine Gastfreundschaft!:)

Ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto und alles war gut erreichbar. Ich bin oft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Strand gelaufen, um ihn am Meer zu treffen, maximal 25 Minuten durch wunderschöne Umgebung. Convenience-Stores und einige Restaurants sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Staying at Esra’s apartment truly felt like being at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the finest detail. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully equipped — not only with everything we needed, but even more. In the bathroom, all the essentials were provided: plenty of clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, even extras like moisturizer cream, toothpaste, and suncream. One of the highlights of our mornings was making coffee at home and enjoying it on the balcony — such a relaxing start to the day. The location of the apartment was very central, with easy access to everywhere either by walking or using public transportation. Esra had thought of everything. She provided guides about how to access the apartment, helpful information about the building, and suggestions for things to do in the city. She was always reachable by message and offered help whenever we needed it. I’ve never had a better host. I 100% recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend this Apartment, well equipped and clean. Perfect location - right next to Terra City shopping center with all restaurants near by and sea front in 5 minutes walk.

We felt right at home, exactly as advertised and everything was so local and open all night. Also excursions are local and the location is literally bang in the middle of everything, would highly recommend to stay at this home and experience Antalya and have Ates as your Host!! 🙌

As described a nice place! The apartment is nice and spacious and a good layout, bed also comfy. I would give this place an 8/10. A few silly faults - I found the apartment to be dark as it’s on ground level, the privacy wasn’t a problem as you couldn’t see in from outside but if you are spending a lot of time inside during the day it is very dark. The clothes dryer was also a problem, we did a lot of washing but the clothes dryer was broken and we weren’t able to hang on this, for a small amount a new one could be found from Migros and this problem would be solved quickly. The parking was a problem, the building has an underground parking lot but this was not accessible during our stay as they had no remote to open the door. The street parking was always full meaning we were parking 5 or 10 minute walk away, not great in the rain:( Last, the cleaning fee, on arrival found cigarettes crushed in the crack of the sofa, with lighters and crumbs. Not ideal when paying a cleaning fee

Benim ailem ile birlikte ilk Airbnb aracılığı ile yaptığım tatil organizasyonuydu. Son derece memnun kaldık. Konumu mükemmeldi. Denize 5 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu doğal, saklı bir bahçe. Üstelik pırıl pırıl bir havuz, sanki tamamen size ayrılmış. Ev gayet temiz fakat banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Onun dışında birde eve ulaşmadan önce ev sahibi ile mutlaka iletişime geçip konum istemek lazım. Sistemdeki konum sizi biraz farklı bir yere götürebiliyor. Bunun dışında biz bundan sonra tatillerimizi bu tarz bir organizasyon ile yapacağız. Son derece ekonomik ve en güzel tarafı UHD tatil yerleri ile aynı denizi kullanıyorsunuz... :)

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

We enjoyed some quiet downtime at Fatih's stone house half-way through our road trip around Turkey. Fatih's parents were very welcoming, preparing dinner and breakfast for us and the rural setting was idyllic. We enjoyed being surrounded by lambs, chickens, cats and dogs and waking to the sound of birdsong and yet we were only 30 minutes from the coast and the dubious delights of Land of Legends. The house is excellent value for money and is perfect for getting away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.

Great villa. A responsive host. Everything is new. Clear. Nice bed linen. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Parking is right next to the house. Protected area. Clean pool, comfortable sun beds. We recommend this villa.

J’ai passer un super séjour dans la villa qui était vraiment splendide comme sur les photos. Un grand merci à l’hôte de maison qui était d’une gentillesse incroyable et très à l’écoute de nos attentes. Communication parfaite il se rend disponible à n’importe quel moment pour nous satisfaire. Great place to stay. Gürcan is a friendly, hospitable and helpful host. We arrived late at night, and she came out ot to find us. We were travelling with kids, and she provided us with step stool and kids chair that she probably bought especially for us, because they were spotless. Everything was clean. Armchairs and sofa are new. Kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Good and safe place to leave with kids: ground floor, terrace, safe windows (windows are at the ground level) electric oven. Unfortunately no window in the smaller room, but is very well illuminated with electric lights. Peaceful location, surrounded by villas and small hotels, but the bus stop is in 3 minutes. Sea is in 7 minutes, convenient to reach with kids stroller. Great views from the roof as an extra bonus ;)

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

It‘s a great apartment and a great host! The view was amazing, especially for sunrise. It’s perfect to have walks by the beach and to relax. I felt like at home and would definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya. Thank you!

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
