Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

Great stay. Perfect location for us. We had a great time. Everything was as described and we never had to contact the host for anything.

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Donald's apartment was an excellent home-away-from-home for our six-week stay in LA (helping with new babies). The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and everything worked properly; my husband and I were really able to settle in to the space. Donald was promptly responsive to a couple of minor things that needed attention. The heat worked well (we were there in December/January) and the windows were tight (we evacuated for a few days during the fires, and there was no trace of invasive dust or ash when we returned). The dedicated garage parking space was a definite plus! We enjoyed walking on the Venice Boardwalk and exploring the Venice Canals area, and some local restaurants and shops in the neighborhood that Donald recommended. We would definitely go back to 28 S. Venice Blvd!

You can’t go wrong with Marriott Vacation Club. Gladys communicated every step of the way ensuring us what we needed to do to get the most out of our vacation stay. She is a super helpful host who made our trip memorable with the easy instructions and helpful hints. We would definitely book again. Maybe a longer stay next time.

Super close to LAX! Yese was kind enough to let us check in early. The place was super clean, well appointed, and the pull out bed was actually super comfy! I felt like I was on a friends apartment, it felt super homey and cute. The marina is near by- plenty of shopping, grocery stores, and some restaurants near by.

We really enjoyed staying here! Gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean plus an added bonus of some incredible people-watching. The unit balcony provides all sorts of entertainment with a beautiful ocean backdrop. It was easy to access everything nearby and we enjoyed spending time at the beach, dog beach, and watching all the activities. Super fun if you like a bustling spot with a great view.

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

we were with 2 young kids. The location was perfect. across the street mother beach with a playing ground. And a heated swimmingpool at the apartment complex. Both good for kids to relax end of day.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is cute, with everything you could need for the stay. There is a level of thoughtfulness and care that is put in to your experience, and we really appreciated that. The bed was comfortable, and really everything else as well. The picture of the view, really doesn’t do it justice! It is absolutely breathtaking and truly a beautiful site to wake up to in the morning.

Randy’s place was so wonderful! Honestly, the Airbnb was bigger than we expected. The views were beautiful. There were so many accommodations such as the pools, spaces, grills. Randy was very easy to communicate with. The front desk was so wonderful, we left Edgar, the front desk men, a beautiful card and flowers! They had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay!

The place is beautiful so clean and Happy vibe! Views are breath taking. The condo was equipped with everything you need. Ling ling was very helpful. Neighbors friendly. The outdoor living space is lovely. Close to lots of places to walk to dinner and the ocean so close just 5 min walk. We love her place and it felt like home.

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Shirley's Long Beach house was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! Location wise, you are only a few minutes from down town Long Beach and some great dining options, but you are also directly across the street from one of Long Beach's great public parks and you can get from the kitchen to the beach before your coffee even has time to cool off. There is a bit of traffic right outside the front door, but there was no honking and little revving when we were visiting. As for the amenities, they did a fantastic job of stocking the rooms with plenty of towels and any consumables you may need, including laundry detergent and coffee. They also provided some free waters and cookies which was very kind. The sheets and bed are the only areas that could use some improvement. The sheets were rather scratchy and the comforter was very warm for a room with limited air flow, but they were clean and pressed, so I can't complain too much. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

Such a peaceful community in such a vibrant place. Close to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica pier. The home and linens were squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The people watching, plane watching, and boat watching provides non stop entertainment. We even saw a sea lion and dolphins. This place is magical and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. TV options were great for relaxing at night. Mark was very helpful and responded very rapidly to any questions we had. having a designated parking spot was amazing. would definitely stay again.

This was our first air bnb experience , and it was amazing ! So flexible, wonderful experience, great amenities. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, and everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Will be returning for sure! :) thank you!
