Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

De communicatie verliep goed, de host reageerde supersnel op vragen etc. De locatie is top en op loop afstand van het centrum en het strand. Supermarkt is beneden het appartement. Het appartement is super schoon en het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelf aan de allerkleinste is er aan gedacht… Het appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling en het is waar voor je geld. Wij voelden ons verder lekker thuis. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen in ons en tot een volgende keer.

Hei! Ystävällinen majoittaja. Heti vasta viesteihin. Saapuminen meillä oli kesällä yötä sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella hyvin kerrottu etukäteen sekä muut ohjeet esim. vesi, sähkö ja netti. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat asumista varten oli valmiina. Kaupat, tori, ravintolat ja ranta ovat tosi lähellä.

Прекрасная квартира в чудесном комплексе. Пляж, который у комплекса не очень удобный для детей, и прямо напротив комплекса кладбище- это было немного странно сначала, но потом мы привыкли. Бассейн отлично подходит для детей и горки классные.

Квартира красивая и просторная. На кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше. Шкафы только в двух спальнях. Мы были втроем. Это неудобно. Вид из балкона шикарный. Только ради него уже стоит ехать😁 Снизу находится бар с живой музыкой (работает до 03:00 ежедневно). Уснуть раньше этого времени трудно, но с берушами возможно. В первую ночь мы были в шоке, потом привыкли. Даже иногда заходили туда, там все приветливые и адекватные. Если нужна светлая комната, выбирайте первую. Там 2 окна, но больше всего слышна музыка. В третей комнате нет шкафа. Есть балкон, но жалюзи закрыты. Эта комната самая темная, но и самая тихая. Bim и Migros в 5 минутах от дома. Парковки для машины под домом по факту нет. До Клеопатры 12-15 минут. Удобно ходить на пробежку по набережной. Хозяин отзывчивый. Привез нам дополнительный стол. Помог заказать воду. Отвез с вещами к нашим знакомым после выселения. Из пожеланий - новое постельное белье. Если снова будем ехать втроем, то однозначно сюда:)

Я останавливался в квартире Евгениии остался в полном восторге! Квартира не только полностью соответствует описанию, но и превзошла мои ожидания. Чистота, уют, продуманность деталей — всё на высшем уровне. Локация отличная, рядом есть всё необходимое. Евгения — замечательная хозяйка, очень внимательная, отзывчивая и заботливая. Всегда на связи, готова помочь и сделать всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно. Видно, что она вкладывает душу в своё жильё. Если ищете идеальное место для отдыха, настоятельно рекомендую этот вариант. Обязательно вернусь снова!

we moved here after a horror hotel and it changed the holiday mood instantly as the apartment was exactly like the photos, the air con was great, everything we needed was there, the tv was smart so could watch our Netflix, the pool was a god send, also Laura answered all questions prompt and precise so we didn't need long conversations. I'd coming to this area again we would definitely stay here without looking anywhere else.

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

Yaman ist mit uns in Kontakt getreten, war hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Er wohnt mit seiner Familie im Erdgeschoss, die uns gastfreundlich empfangen hat. Der Hund und die drei Katzen des Hauses sind lieb und zutraulich. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten, Supermärkte gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Von der großzügigen Loggia der Dachgeschosswohng kann man bis zum Strand schauen. Wenn es mich mal wieder nach Avsallar verschlägt würde ich nochmal bei Yaman buchen

Niesamowite miejsce! Z dala od hałaśliwego centrum Alanyi, w przepięknej historycznej okolicy z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami z balkonu na zatokę zarówno rano gdy miasto się budzi jak i w nocy kiedy wszystko jest ładnie podświetlone. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona, łazienka przestronna, a łóżko duże i wygodne. Dojście od miejsca gdzie zostawialiśmy samochód zajmuje dosłownie parę minut i jest bardzo przyjemny spacerem uroczą uliczką.

Biz dört kişi kiraladık. Her birimiz çok memnun kaldık. Görseldekilerden cok daha güzel, bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakındı ve her soruma çok hızlı cevap verdiler, sorunsuz giriş yaşadık. Ev tam olarak istediğimiz konumdaydı. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık.

26 - 31 Ağustos tarihleri arasında eşim ve kızımızla beraber 5 gece kaldık. Bizim için müthiş bir deneyimdi. Bu süre zarfında herhangi olumsuz bir şeyle karşılaşmadık. Konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Deniz manzaralı. Gün batımını izlemek için harika bir konumda. Bir evde olması gereken neredeyse her şey mevcut. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Mutfak bölümünde kahvaltı ve yemek yapmanızı sağlayacak her türlü mutfak eşyası mevcut. Havuz yeteri büyüklükte ve tertemiz. Evde kesinlikle öyle. Taner Bey ve eşi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Taner Beyin sağladığı kablosuz projeksiyon cihazı ile bahçede film - dizi izlemekte ayrıca keyif vericiydi. Tekrar gelebilmek ümidiyle...

I had an amazing stay! Ozgur was an amazing, responsive, friendly host. The apartment is as exact as the pictures and everything was awesome!

Rigtig fin bolig. Alt var som det skulle være. Rent og pænt. Ümit var nem at kommunikere med. Vi ankom sent og rejste igen midt om natten. Men ind og ud tjekning forløb uden problemer. Lejligheden ligger i et område med mange restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand fra stranden og midtbyen. Poolen var en smule kold. Og hvis man gerne ville sidde på terrassen var der meget trafik støj. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie og vil helt sikker anbefale at leje hos Ümit. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Nice to stay, professional team, great location.

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!
