This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Located in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, this is a fully furnished, single-level home with an upstairs loft. Downstairs features a full kitchen, living area, washer-dryer, mud-room, and bathroom; upstairs is a queen bed, dresser, closets, and writing desk. Flat screen televisions on both levels with access to Hulu streaming services, a desktop computer, and a well-appointed kitchen with appliances and accessories for all your basic needs.
