This unit is one of the largest in the complex. Beautiful views of the lake in all bedrooms! Located on the 1st floor. Take the elevator or walk down 1 flight of stairs to the lake & boat slip. There are 2 pools as well as a playground for the kids to enjoy. Grill area, complete with tables. Penalty for bringing a pet is a flat fee of $200

Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)
