The one-room studio has everything you need - A main living space with queen bed, lounge area, kitchenette and dining, and a separate spacious bathroom. Carefully selected furnishings and artwork adorn the space, to create a stylish yet cozy feel. High windows provide privacy and capture the hills surrounding Cromwell. Outside, enjoy a glass of wine on the private, sun-drenched patio.

A short stroll to Moorings restaurant and Bumblebee Apothecary cafe. 5 minutes walk and you are by Lake Dunstan and the infamous bike trail. Access to the 45th parallel is a short drive or 20-minute walk away. 7 minutes drive to Cromwell township, 35 minutes to Wanaka lakefront and 50 minutes to Queenstown airport. Our cottage is self-contained and on the same section as our home.

Cozy and light, it features two bedrooms, a sunny deck, and a spacious, fully fenced yard with fruit trees – ideal for kids, games, and lounging. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.
