The perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, with the Mediterranean only steps away from your own private beachfront house. The two double bedrooms comfortably fit four people. The couches in the living space have been custom made and sleep a further one person. The house has been renovated to include all the modern comforts such as dishwasher, washer/dryer for clothes, fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning and wifi.

Amazing view in Kapsali

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

The sea is at your feet, while also being a few minute walk to the cafes and restaurants of Avlemonas and the famous bay. Terra Oliva Country house is one of the 5 houses of the property. The village is Agios Ilias and it is in the center of the south part. The location is very convenient for your daily trips. Our house is newly constructed and very well equipped. It has two main areas, bedroom and living room area. The house has a full kitchen , bathroom area and its private veranda with mountain view. The location is very quiet and safe at the same time.

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
