A self contained 2 bedroom apartment inside the Brinkley village. We are not part of the resort business so can offer better deals with the same facilities. If your view is to have a great night's sleep to ski, whitewater raft, fish, mountain bike or hike then this is the place for you. An hours drive from Christchurch and close to skiing at Mt Hutt. We know you'll love everything the outdoors has to offer from Methven. The resort also has a spa pool, restaurant in peak season & tennis court.

Picturesque one bedroom self contained cottage

Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

Cass cottage 2

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located in the serene small settlement of Cass in the Cass Caravan Park amongst the majestic Alps. This newly built cottage has everything you need to self cater and have a good nights rest. Surrounded by hiking trails and lake walks there is plenty to do in the area. Complimentary Chip and Putt golf course also available. Free range eggs from the chickens next door are for sale. The perfect place to take a break as no wifi is available.

We are located approximately a 1 hour drive from Christchurch & 30 minute drive from Mt Hutt ski fields. Guests will enjoy a large electric fireplace, king-size bed, flatscreen TV (which includes complimentary Netflix, Disney, Prime & Freeview) & a generous sofa — all perfect for relaxing after a day of alpine adventures, mountain biking, snow sports, hunting or hot pooling.

Our cottage has 4 steps up to the deck, ideal to relax by day & watch spectacular stars of the milky way by night. Close to many outdoor activities in the heart of Mt Somers Village. Explore early history, try your hand at tramping, fishing, skiing, boating & golf the area offers. Strict 2 guest policy, do not bring extra guests. We live next door.

Homebush Cottage is part of the 130 year old former Homebush School, located on the Southern Scenic Route, 8kms from Darfield township and close to popular Skifields, Lakes and amazing tourist destinations, thus making us the perfect stopover. The cottage is set on 3 acres including beautiful rambling gardens and tennis court. The Cottage is super comfy and suitable for a couple. We provide a self catering continental breakfast including free range eggs from Brown Shavers !!!
