This cozy cabin was the perfect winter break getaway for our family. We loved the fireplace, loft area/game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and there is lots of nature/outdoor activities to enjoy nearby as well as being close to a town with grocery store, restaurants, and other stores.

We had a great week. the location and lake access was flawless, and the house was comfortable and a very workable kitchen. The best surprise was great mattresses, I have a bad back and they were perfect. Can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay!

Holly was an excellent host and her house was perfect for our stay. The house was huge, spacious, well equipped, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedding, furniture, and blankets/linens were comfortable, there was plenty of room and seating for our group to gather together for meals, and also lots of space to spread out. We spotted some eagles and lots of other birds from the nice lake view on the second floor. Holly made us feel very welcome with fresh flowers and snacks set out. She provided helpful updates and information throughout the stay without being overbearing. I have nothing but good things to stay and we would happily return.

Even though it was gloomy me and my boyfriend had the perfect weekend! Fishing was great and the views and atmosphere were beautiful! The host was very friendly and responsive, would absolutely stay here again!!

What a wonderful getaway! The lake cabin, fire pit and lake views were perfect and exactly what we needed. It was quiet this time of year and the view of the falls leaves on the mountain were stunning! The cabin was clean and well-stocked. Communication was a breeze and the hosts lovely! We were so glad for this gem of a place and owners.

What a beautiful house! We really enjoyed our trip. The house was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that it’s so close to Letchworth State Park which made hiking so easy. Jacuzzi tub was clean and there were plenty of towels for our group. The beds were comfortable so we were very well rested :) Lovely view of the property out of the kitchen window, we saw a lot of wildlife throughout the day. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you might need, we were able to cook our meals throughout the week without any trouble. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Mark & Mary gave so many great recommendations, we needed another week to visit them all. Their home was stunning and peaceful. It was also so well furnished, there was nothing they didn’t think of to include for their guests. We had a great time, but most of our memories on this trip were gathering around the tables and patios laughing and chatting. Thank you for hosting such a great weekend.

Alec was a great host! He responded very quickly every time, and when our initial booking ran into an issue, he was quick to not only resolve it, but offer alternate dates which actually worked out better in the long-run. The property itself is on the rustic side, has amazing views, is right on the lake, and offers a lot of peace and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked for several meals we had at the house (why go anywhere else?), but we were glad we brought our own coffee and toiletries. Kids will love the loft area, and there are plenty of places to spread out to enjoy the scenery. Finally, in an area where AirBnB bookings are very expensive with outrageous cleaning fees or surprise "damage deposits", this property is very affordable with no surprises! We'd definitely stay again!
