Our home is over 3500 square feet located on a 21 acre parcel. If you are looking for a quiet, private location, this is it! The home is nestled in the back of a pasture flanked by wooded areas on both sides and a barn located near the front entrance. The property includes plenty of outdoor parking. Hard to justify with any one photo however it is very spacious and includes an attached indoor heated pool and a new Pickle Ball/Sport court. A charming, picturesque place for all to enjoy.

Only a quick 20 mins to downtown Pittsburgh! Get to PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, Primanti Bros, Top Golf, and great shopping/eating in minutes. In-law suite in quiet upscale neighborhood. I call it Cima Palazzo or Mansion on the Hill. Italian decor. Access to a hot tub and backyard pool. My wife and I live in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner.

We are glad to share our beautiful 3 bedroom plus den w/trundle bed, 3 baths & finished basement home that has been tastefully renovated & furnished. We have a beautiful pool and outside deck along with a fire table to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a nice meal on the BBQ grill. Our home is the only AirB&B in Holiday Park and we chose it for its location peacefulness and tranquility. Go ahead and stay with us, you will return home fresh and energized.
