The rental of the house also includes the use of 2 kayaks and the use of the boathouse on the property, so you can walk out the front door and immediately be in your boat and on the lake! Please note that a liability waiver must be signed before using the boathouse and/or the kayaks.

Our place is on Long Lake in Alpena/Presque Isle area, less than 10 miles from downtown Alpena and Lake Huron. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children. The lake is an all sports (stocked) lake with great fishing. There is a dock available (seasonal) for your use and several boat launches nearby. The area is perfect for ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter. We are also close to state hunting land.
