Located within a quiet street of the popular inner suburb on the fringe of the City of Melbourne, BRUNSWICK, 400m to the left is Barkly Square Shopping Complex, Sydney Rd with its Middle Eastern Cafes and Restaurants, walk or catch a tram to the City Centre, first stop to the left is Princes Park, a major sports and recreation Park, home to the Blues Aussie Rules Football Club, to the right two minutes walk to Melbourne Zoo Royal Park. second stop, Melbourne University, third stop, the famous Queen Vic Market, and next you're at Melb. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
