Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.
