Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Hand-built by Amish craftsmen with an 1848 front door and 100-year-old stained glass, it pairs a cast iron claw-foot tub for two, a king bed, and a private hot tub under the stars with full access to a sauna, cold plunge, and more. 1 hour from Nashville, 15 minutes from Cookeville. Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
