We loved staying here. Great place, privacy, closeness to open space, and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Gorgeous view when you're lying in bed and very cool space.

it was delightful and cozy with enough room to relax. special amenities and short walk to all the spots in town. loved the back yard too !

Excellent base camp between Midland and Big Bend. We fell in love with Reata Restaurant and we went for dinner all 3 nights of our stay. Highly recommend visiting Big Bend National Park as well as the scenic drive up north 118 through the Davis mountains. We had an amazing trip and a great stay in Alpine

This place was perfect for our family Marfa vacation! Like the pictures, it had local character while being very clean, modern, spacious, bright, airy, and well-appointed. We loved eating in the pretty dining area. Very roomy for our family + grandma, or two families plus kids in a room together. We loved that it was very quickly walkable to the Marfa Courthouse and the best-known hotels and restaurants, on the beautiful, planted boulevard the Courthouse is on—but on the *other* side from the main street and the train so it was peaceful and relatively quiet. All of Julia's instructions were clear and simple, so everything was easy, perfect for people who like a simple interaction (her responses would be 12+ hours, but we didn't have anything urgent—except maybe making sure we could use the wood stove, which she confirmed you can! :).

We had a really great stay! We've stayed at some lovely Airbnb's in Marfa in the past, but decided to stay at the Milky WayFarer this visit for two key reasons: the fact they had four bikes available for use, and that there was a large-screen TV (always surprising to me the number of airbnbs in Marfa that don't offer a TV as an amenity!). While those were the deciding factors, we were super impressed with the property as a whole once we arrived. Excellent condition, great design/decor that doesn't feel kitsch, cute extras like record player/hats/tote bags/& lassos (!) for use, and comfortable rooms. The hosts were super responsive and helpful; when a couple of the bikes had issues they promptly sent help to remedy the situation. While the house might not be in the very centre of Marfa, you're across the street from Bordo & Water Stop, a short walk from Planet Marfa, and driving or biking to the main drag is super quick. All in all, highly recommend!

Casa Wilma might very well be my absolute favorite AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Hell, it might be my favorite place on earth. I’ve spent a lot of time traveling in and around west Texas and Wilma’s place makes hanging out in the desert comfortable, stylish, and so relaxing. The fenced property was perfect for my two city dogs who don’t get to run around off-leash as often as they’d like. The garage doors in the living room and bedroom let them come and go as they pleased while we laid in the hammocks and read. The stock tank bathtub in the master bedroom was gorgeous and the ability to open the back door and feel like you’re outside among the cactus was so dreamy. Finally, waking up so close to the massive bedroom window made for a perfect way to watch the sunrise. I absolutely cannot wait to come back and spend some serious time here. Wilma and Tom, thanks so much for this treasure!

We had a great stay. The home is clean, well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the beds were comfortable. It's an easy walk to the Chinati foundation. It's a few minute drive into town. You could walk, but it's about 30 minutes. Wonderful dark skys for star watching.

The Peach House was the perfect peaceful getaway for us to relax and catch up with family in Alpine. Great location, beautiful/clean/fully stocked inside, lovely oasis to sit outside, and comfortable beds. Would easily stay here again!

Bohemia was a perfect place to stay in Marfa within walking distance of Highland (the main street of Marfa). The bed was super comfy with great linens. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio stargazing and took advantage of the firepit on a night where the winds were calm as well as the covered hammock seating. Street parking was easy and safe.

Very nice place, comfortable bed, cute decoration. Has the basics but everything you would need. Very great location, walkable to pretty much everything in Marfa

Kathryn and her team are amazing & super responsive. Appreciate the proactive instructions as she’s right, cell service is minimal. Her place is gorgeous and welcoming I didn’t want to leave! The bed is so comfy (an underrated quality I think in Airbnb ads!) Marfa is amazing and oddly more to do than you would think for such a small town we were about to try and stay another night! Kathryn was so helpful with local recs in her initial email, and then super quick to assist with more! We were so lucky to get a last minute booking riding thru Marfa and got to meet and hang with locals, everyone we met in Marfa is so down to earth, normal, kind, and so cool!

Modern space with nice touches. Super convenient and easy to book. I would definitely stay here again if I'm traveling through Marfa.

Easy peasy. No complaints. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen with oils, salt, pepper, knives that actually cut things and all the expected implements.
