House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Poolhouse with one bedroom, two beds, kitchen, eating area and bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The poolhouse is located on the back of my property.
