We are less than a mile from favorite attractions including Easttown, Michigan St., Cherry St, and Fulton Farmers Market. We are also less than a mile from most of the major healthcare systems and just over a mile from downtown. This listing comes fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay, but please share any specific requests you may have. Pet friendly and kid friendly!

Renovated, rich w/amenities, & centrally located blocks from several Iconic shopping & eating corridors: Eastown, Fulton Heights, & 1.5 miles to Downtown. I love the open floor plan, clean design, tall ceilings, cozy bedroom, & front yard. All the comforts of home w/a fully stocked kitchen & hotel-like amenities. Mathias Alten, the world-known GR painter, built the "honeymoon cottage" for his daughters. Pets allowed.

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Welcome! This 2nd floor apartment is in Uptown- steps from the Farmers Marker, walking distance to Easttown and less than 2 miles from downtown. Enter into a shared entry way & head up the stairs to your space. Upstairs will be your private bedroom, kitchenette (NO oven), bathroom with clawfoot tub, spacious living room & dining room. We live downstairs. Dogs and kids are onsite :) The house is in the city so there are daily and nightly “city” noises Message me for questions.

Welcome to your private, spacious home in East Hills! Whole house privacy! Walking distance to two espresso bars, bakeries, cupcake shop, restaurants, wine bar, and 1 block to the Grand Rapids Farmer's Market. Central air, brand new Nectar mattresses, fresh linens and fluffy pillows! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking and minutes from downtown GR! We are local, so if you need anything we are just 12 minutes away. And we don't ask you to clean anything when you leave! :)

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.

There is a private, lit entrance to the studio apartment with a keyless lock system. We send the code for the lock system just prior to your stay.
