We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Six minutes walk to Altona train station and a further 4 minute walk to the beach with Cherry lake at the end of the street. 30 minutes train to Melbourne CBD. House offers lots of privacy and off street parking. Foxtel movies to keep you entertained. Excellent central heating and cooling. Dog friendly. Please, no parties, or you will be asked to leave.

Newly renovated apartment in 2025. Located in the most central and best location to visit Melbourne. I have tried to create a unique setting, from using quality english tapware to custom made steel and timber finishes. The fixings and furniture have been sourced mostly from Italy and France. Located just behind ´Murchison Square'. Very quiet street but close to everything. Parking on premises.
