BeachKaya is just a short stroll from the beach. Your private beach access (via a locked gate) is about 100m from the house, where you can choose from a sandy beach break right in front, a tidal pool on the left, and a lovely, protected bay on the right.

The unit has a patio with a braai and is located only 20m from the sea. Parking for 1 car. Sunrise Studio is adjacent to Mazeppa Sunrise House and can thus be incorporated to make one large unit to sleep 8 guests.
