Host luôn reply tin nhắn khách rất nhanh. Nhà cửa cơ sở vật chất đầy đủ như mô tả nhưng mình vẫn muốn được dọn dẹp kĩ càng hơn trước khi checkin (nhiều chỗ vẫn bám bụi🥲). Nhưng nhìn chung trải nghiệm business trip này rất hài lòng và vị trí gần chỗ mình đi làm nên ok nha.

We verbleven hier van ongeveer 4.00-12.00, om uit te rusten en onszelf op te knappen na een lange nachtbusreis. Daarvoor was deze Airbnb perfect gelegen, ook de zelf-checkin was daarvoor erg handig. Het was schoon, rustig, en koel. Giang reageert snel, vriendelijk en is erg behulpzaam. Kort maar fijn verblijf!

Beautiful condo and excellent value. The restaurants were somewhat pricey, comparative to western and European prices. Incredible host who was very responsive and available. The unit was impeccable, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities of a luxury hotel including bathrobes and slippers. The only small issue, is despite the listing which indicates there is no “cooking” there is a full kitchen in the pictures so we expected some cutlery and dishes, just not cooking pots and pans. The kitchen provides no dishes whatsoever. Despite not “cooking”, you can’t even prepare fruits, eat yogurt/cereal or prepare non- cooked. Our host indicated we could call the hotel to borrow these items but we felt this was a lot to ask the hotel staff.

Honestly, the best Airb&b in Vietnam so far. Minh the host was very respectful and responsive. She went beyond expectations and deserves 6 stars! We managed to check in early and late, due to travel restrictions. Replied to every messages within 5 minutes and was lovely to interact with. The views are amazing, the hotel is beautiful, professional and laid back. Sad to leave! Enjoy your stay here it’s worth it ❤️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft in Halong Bay! Die Wohnung war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt super freundlich, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat man sich proaktiv um uns gekümmert, uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen war die Gastgeberin extrem flexibel – das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles

Son Le est un super hôte ! Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés, il m'a tout de suite aider quand je lui ai dit que j'étais bloqué du cou et avec une réactivité incroyable quelqu'un m'a accompagné en taxi jusqu'à l'hôpital pour me fournir des décontractant ! La gentillesse des locaux est telle qu'ils m'ont fait à manger ensuite pour me souhaiter un bon rétablissement ! 100% fiable et recommandable

Dang Dinh and his wife helped me with everything. They where super friendly. would recommend
