We had a great time at Gabriel’s spot. We loved how Clean the home was and beds were comfy. The kitchen was awesome and he had some coffee and other things to get you by. We loved the proximity to the historic downtown it was a nice stroll over the bridge and back. My fur babies enjoyed their stay as well. Next time we visit we will definitely book again if available.

Historic house within an easy 10/15 minute stroll of St George St. Ample parking which is a great feature as parking in town is quite limited and seems to average $20 a day. Excellent kitchen and generous living space with four sofas and dining area. All in all a great place for an excellent price!

House was just as beautiful as in the pictures. Plenty of space for all of us in our group. Outdoor shower was great to use after a day at the beach, before we got in the pool. Short walk to the beach from the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The extra fridge in the garage was a welcomed bonus. We had a great time and would definingly recommend to everyone. We also had no problem getting Ubers to downtown on Friday and Saturday evenings.

This was a great spot for our rather large group to gather and enjoy a couple days at the beach. Even though there are many other residences close by and within view, the back canal/dock area was quite lovely and comfortable, and the location was great for accessing (even walking to) the beach. There is also a great restaurant (The Back Forty) within an easy walk. The house is nicely set up for easy and comfortable social gathering while offering individuals private space to retreat for privacy and sleeping. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a nice beach vacation with a medium to large size group.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us. This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive. My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time. The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

Einfach atemberaubende und wunderschöne Lage! Sehr nette Nachbarschaft, wir genossen den Smalltalk von Steg zu Boot. Das Angeln war toll und es ist absolut ruhig und Entspannung pur. Der Strand von Flagler Beach ist nicht weit und sehr schön. Tadellos sauber, sehr bequeme Betten. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause.

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

Very nice, very clean. The town was super quiet but it was lovely. Lake is just a couple blocks to walk with a nice dock and pavilion close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Braden was very amicable and responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was very nice and clean and the area very quiet and beautiful, especially by the pool area. Looking forward to returning here in the future.

I stayed at this property for approximately one month while working in the area. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing description accurately. The location was convenient and situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which made it ideal for an extended business stay. I would confidently recommend this property to other professionals seeking comfortable, long-term accommodations.

We loved this place, and it was perfect for our needs. We needed a casual jump-off point for town, which was 10-15 minutes away from the property. the neighborhood was pretty also. The house was quiet. I would caution anyone who is unsteady with stairs (such as with a medical issue that affects mobility) as the staircase is tall and feels long. Our favorite thing was the book of recommendations from the host for food, coffee and things to see.

First of all, Angie is an amazing host. She gave me clear directions from the beginning and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious, full of natural light and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Lovely place. Everything was nice even the pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. Not your usual AirBnB. Beds were excellent and the furniture inside and out was nice and comfortable. Easy 20 min walk to St. George St. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

We stayed at Missy's for a week while home visiting family. As someone who grew up in Florida 20 years ago, Missy's place reminds me of why I love Florida so much. The bungalow had a lot of charm and character, and was simple in the best possible way. An ode to old Florida (the real Florida), it felt a million miles away from all of the concrete overdevelopment. Our mornings were peaceful, spent out on the private dock and our evenings were quiet, spent cozied up on the comfortable couches. During the day we worked in the Florida Room while listening to records. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having access to a BBQ as well. We slept in the blue room, and the bed was like a cloud! My sister visited with her two kids and dog and they loved swimming at the lake beach across the street. The yard is huge, completely fenced in and perfect for dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the noise and enjoy some down time in a serene setting.

Impressively clean and beautiful cottage! We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a peaceful setting to come back to and relax after our busy days in downtown.
