This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. Perfect Hunting or fishing lodge, but spacious and comfortable enough to bring the entire family for a weekend of fun. Located in the heart of lake st. clair boating central. Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Arrangements can be made for extra trailer parking required. Perfect location for lake Duck hunting and Ice Fishing as well!
