In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα δεύτερο κλειστό δωμάτιο που έχει τη χρήση καθιστικού και μετατρέπεται σε υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια & το χώρο κουζίνας πάνω από την οποία και το μπάνιο, υπάρχει ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών.

The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.
