The house was great! Had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved using the hot tube every night to relax after work. Definitely would stay again!

This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

We are staying at Tieumy’s place due to our home being under construction. She has been amazing! This was a stressful situation but she has taken so much of the stress away for us! So thankful we found her and this place to call home for awhile. The house is beautiful , and the bed in the master is like sleeping on a cloud! The upstairs is soo cute with its loft like look! The neighbors are sweet and friendly ! And location is perfect, Walmart is right down the road . And many food choices within 5 mins away!

From the time we walked in, we felt right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bonus was the outside. Even though it was too cold to swim in the pool, we enjoyed the outside views from the open fields and the beautiful ponds to the horses. We will definitely be back.

Paul’s place is awesome! It was perfect for our 10 person group of adults. It was just as described. So many fun things to do if you have time to stay. The house has lots of room and all the closets are stocked with plenty of towels , sheets, blankets and extra beds. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. All the games, pool table, shuffle board, heated swimming pool, hot tub, card table bar, lots of outside grills and sitting areas this place is sure to please adults and kids. Our group only had 2 vehicles for the weekend. And then a third vehicle for a short time. It is no complaint from our group but the driveway is real narrow. And might be a problem if you had 3 or more vehicles. We were very pleased plan to stay again at Paul’s place when we are back in the Irving area. It’s close enough to the A T n T Stadium too if you have an event to attend there. Which is why we stayed at Paul’s for the AC/DC concert.

I can't say enough good things about the hosts. We were going through some really rough times throughout our stay. Our home flooded and that's why we needed a place to stay, there were "deaths" in our family, and confusing insurance hops to jump through. Thanks to Grant and Alyssa we were able to get in the house on December 23rd and be in a home for Christmas. We were staying in a hotel, and there are 7 of us! We were there during the snowy and wet weather and noticed there weren't any mats inside to wipe our feet on. I messaged Grant, the next day mats were delivered to the front door. We had a small issue with the bed and Alyssa came over the next day to help out with that. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They made our living situation as comfortable and stress free as possible. They were literally our shelter in life's storms💞

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

We had a great time in McKinney. Loved the house and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

My sisters family lives 5 minutes away which is why we settled at Eric's. My wife and I stayed for the week while our 2 adult clildren stayed for a few days. The 3 bathrooms were great as our children did not have to share a bathroom. The garage was great to keep the car out of the Texas sun . The kitchen had all the neccessary tools . The bedding and linens were nice and the beds were super comfortable . The living room was inviting and comfy . The Plano Public Works informed us early one day that they were shutting off the water supply to fix the main in our cul -de- sac, Eric offered to bring bottled water but it was not needed as we had water and the issue was resolved after we had showered. Eric was a super attentive host and reached out frequently. A great time was had by all. My highest recommendations

Wonderful quiet location to stay with garage parking. About less than 10 minutes drive from the restaurant plazas was a plus. Definitely recommend booking this place!

A wonderful smaller home, perfect for 1-2 people to enjoy. It does get a little rowdy in the morning if you're a light sleeper (some loud trucks) but the space itself is amazing.

We had a great experience! The house was clean and comfortable and communication was great!

Great place to stay. Wish there was a bigger seating sofa in the living space. The water sprinkler at the entrance is protruding and we tripped on it in the night and the bushes at the entrance needs some trimming. Other than this, the home is great with nice big backyard.

It was perfect! Highly recommend!

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

The house and backyard are everything you see via the pictures on Airbnb. What you don't see or know his how everything you need is there. Just bring a suitcase. Grocery store and liquor store in less than a mile away. You most likely will pass them on the way to the house. The back yard is private, it was not hot enough to enjoy the pool but it was clean and looked great. The view of the lake is relaxing. The host did an amazing job with communication. I will be back again when the summer is finally here so we can enjoy that pool.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was exactly as pictured and extremely well kept. Jennifer was a great host assisting us immediately with any questions we had. I would recommend this stay to anyone that is considering it!

Stayed here for a buddies golf trip, the house was perfect for our group of four adults, and would have been great for 4 couples as well. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and theres plenty to eat and do in the surrounding area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
