Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενιαίο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα, σοφίτα και μπάνιο με τζακούζι με θέα προς τον Κορινθιακό. Υπάρχει μαντεμένια ξυλόσομπα και θερμοπομποί που κάνουν το σπίτι πολύ ζεστό τον χειμώνα.
