It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Asterope Traditional House of Symi-Katoi

The Asterope House of Symi is a traditional, stone built spacious family house, clinging on the foot of a hillside, just 40 steps above the sea level. Offering breathtaking views of the superb natural harbour of Symi and the island beyond from its verandas and windows, the house seems “floating” over the Aegean Sea. Accommodating up to 4 persons, it provides the perfect setting for families and small groups of people to enjoy the island’s unique beauty and sense of time-forgotten mystery.

A/C in both bedrooms as well as the room with the sofa bed. Situated on the right side of the port 50steps from the seaside. The amazing view from the balcony gives you the opportunity to see the harbor and the beauty of the city in another angle. The house contains two bedrooms in the first floor, with each 1 double bed. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Lemonitissa Villa offer stunning island views and accommodate up to seven guests. Comprised of two apartments, one above the other, they provide a comfortable and scenic retreat.
