The Cottage @Bluey Blundstones

The cottage is a stone building with cedar windows all around ,giving tranquil views to the gardens and birdlife , a beautiful space setup up for 2 people only , with queen size antique style bed . free standing clawfoot bath. 2 toilets ,one is a right royal chain pull from a time gone by. 1 shower 2 wash basins feel the serenity in the Cottage ,with direct access to your own secluded outdoor dining area so why not dine in cooking your meals in the shared kitchen and eat at the giants table.

Enclosed, all-weather entertaining area, a Lego activity table, gas BBQ, and fans, Pet and Child-friendly with a shaded, fenced outdoor area. Open-plan living with kitchen, dining, and lounge. Main bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe, and ocean views. Bedroom 2 overlooks Point Lowly Lighthouse. Main bathroom has a shower, bath, separate vanity, toilet. Our guest suite is fully self-contained with kitchenette, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, spa and shared laundry. It is a new-build facility attached to the historic former Uniting Church in Spalding. The accommodation offers a relaxing overnight stay or respite for longer visits. Special features include the en suite spa bath, fully equipped kitchenette and laundry. We provide some food essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, milk, butter and condiments, however meals are not included.

If you're into mountain bikes, Melrose is one of the best attractions in South Australia. If you don't have a bike, you can hire them in town. Spencer Gulf great fishing & crabbing jetty walks.

We are in the Southern Flinders Ranges with National Parks within easy reach. Pt. Germein is an historic Port town with 1.3 km wooden jetty, perfect for fishing and crabbing. The cottage is located in the grounds of St Clement's Anglican Church circa 1863 now a private residence. Only 23 kms from major rural city of Pt. Pirie. Cottage is self contained and would be described as bright and fresh set in an Australian native garden with undercover car parking.

The Workshop & Loft

The Workshop is a beautifully designed 2 story, rustic stone building. Fully self-contained with well equiped kitchen. The jarrah staircase with natural acacia railing leads to the upstairs lounge room and library. French doors open to the balcony with gorgeous views out to the mountain and over the creek line. Relax and take in the pleasant beauty of the bush. The Loft Bedroom joins onto the Workshop kitchen and is accessed from the verandah.

Alex's Country House

Alex's house is located in the South Australian town of Laura in the southern Flinders Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

An easy drive from Adelaide; located between Port Augusta and Quorn, The Atco Hut is the perfect retreat for those who are wanting to explore the Flinders Ranges. Or for those who just want a relaxing weekend away.
