This place is perfect in every way! Comfortable, amazing mountain view, walkable to everything, comfy bed, soft towels, well stocked kitchen! Definitely my go to whenever I am in town! Beth is a perfect Host!

Had a wonderful comfortable stay here, nice area felt very safe no problems whatsoever. Parking was super accessible and was nearby lots of nice places. Wonderful apartment would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to colorado to visit. Adi was so friendly and helpful and very communicative.

The location is super close to the city in a very nice little neighborhood, the pricing was very reasonable, and Michael was incredibly accommodating and kind. This really elevated our experience in Denver!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

Great property, which felt very safe. It was my first time travelling alone, so this was very important to me. There's some noise from the heating system, but that didn't bother me at all. The hosts were super responsive. A lovely place to stay!

Easy to walk over to Broadway and get a drink or food. Private parking spot is also very much appreciated

Nanci is truly an angel! We were in the Denver area while our daughter was in the hospital here at Swedish Medical Center and she allowed us into her her home with welcome arms! The space is clean, cozy and private. We felt right at home! When we could afford no more to stay Nanci donated a few additional nights so we would have a place to be outside of the hospital! We will never forget this kind soul and the blessing of staying at her space and the fact she went above and beyond to help us in our time of need! My daughter is coming home with us soon but if we are ever in the area again I will DEFINITELY check to see if Nanci has an opening for us to stay!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality Nanci!

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

I stayed at Raj’s beautiful place for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual place. There was everything and beyond what I needed. Incredibly clean, quiet, safe. 15-minutes walk to the convention center. E-bikes and e-scooters available everywhere around the neighborhood. Very close to a huge grocery store to fill up your fridge. I truly felt at home, would absolutely stay again and can’t recommend enough.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

Josh’s place was lovely and squeaky clean. It was in a great area with restaurants and Sprouts in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing host, lovely and clean. Brenda upstairs was super friendly and always asked if I needed anything and gave me lots of recommendations. Really easy access when it came to check in and check out. Liquor store right next door and other coffee shops etc on Santa Fe district which was only a short walk down the road. Would highly recommend staying here, I’ll definitely be revisiting when I come back to Denver!!

My wife and I stayed here for a month when visiting family in Denver. The place was central to a lot of activities and easy to get around the Denver area. We felt very comfortable and the host communicated with us throughout our stay. For those that plan to park in the garage (to charge your ev or just to park it) please note that it is a very small garage and the alley is very narrow (only one car can drive down it at a time). We have a mid-sized SUV and it barely fit in the garage and it was hard for me to even get in/out of the vehicle even if parked perfectly. I did not discount our rating because of this, but wanted to mention it.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at the Fillmore and we really enjoyed our stay! Garrett and Sarah were extremely responsive and welcoming. I liked that there were two entrances to the Airbnb, the exterior entrance being the primary one we used. It had a helpful motion sensor light for when we got back and it was dark out and auto locked behind us. The location is great and Ubers were very quick and affordable. Street parking was free but limited. We were able to find parking right in front of the Airbnb after a few laps. I really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit (and that there were pods/dryer sheets for use) as my husband just came from a week long trip and needed to wash his clothes. Two minor things: - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as we could hear footsteps above us, but this is expected given the age of the building! - be hyper-aware on the streets at night as there was a solicitor yelling at the corner when we got our doordash delivery

Caden has been an amazing host and the house is pristine. Calm neighborhood and private. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at this place! So many pots and pans so it was easy to cook meals for our family! Two bedrooms and two baths with comfortable beds! Host was helpful! We’d stay here again!

Jason's place was perfect. Everything that we may have needed was there. It was comfortable, convenient and accommodating. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in; clean and clutter-free. Definitely will stay here again when the time arises.

Amazing place, 100% recommended! Nadine is a great host, very responsive and very friendly, the place was clean and had all the necessary amenities, the area is one of the best ones in Denver. I have absolutely 0 complaints, worth the price!
