The cottage is situated on a farm in Laikipia, 32km from Nanyuki. It is near Borana and Ngare Ndare with stunning panoramic views of Mt. Kenya. It has large terraces providing comfy outdoor lounge areas. The farm is rich in bird species. Perfect getaway to relax in a beautiful landscape with a wild feel. It is a sustainable home designed to minimize your footprint on the environment with solar panels and rain water collection. Our cottage won the 2023 Airbnb Africa Award for Sustainability.

The Wagons, Loltunda Farm, Chumvi Borana Laikipia

The Wagons of Loltunda are made up of three ox cart wagons beautifully finished with an African Gypsy feel. Two bedroom wagons called love and Freedom sit at right angles with views out to the loldaiga hills and Borana. There’s an open plan raised wooden deck connecting the wagons with warm fireplace, dining and lounge area. To the right is a kitchen made of an old horse box. All wagons set are under a roof for protection. Outside is a open air bathroom. The spare room is a tree house.

Riverstone Cabin

Perched on a quiet bend of river, this beautiful log cabin is a perfect getaway. It is light, cosy and comfortable. There is a kingsize bed, a tea/reading corner, a workspace, a bath, a private veranda over looking the river where you can lounge and eat and prepare meals and an ensuite shower and toilet. With nothing but the river between you and the Lolldaiga game reserve you have all the comforts of home whilst elephants grumble and hyenas laugh not far away.

Lewa view Cabins are located in Meru County, south of Isiolo town but north of Mount Kenya, situated in a secure and serene environment overlooking Lewa Wildlife Conservancy . The cabins are a great place to escape from it all! It brings together many species of birds. Enjoy the music by the birds as they weave their nests and forge a new home in the wilds of Lewa. Sample panoramic view that nature provides and sleep in a comfy bed. All are welcome!

The forest, which teems with birds and elephants, is only a short walk away.
